How We Make High-Quality Toothpaste

Toothpaste is not widely known as being available to private label, however with the experience and network of

LMZ associates, toothpaste and oral care products are not only available but also some of the best, highest

quality in the industry. See how we make your toothpaste the best everyday must-have.

Ingredients Weighing and Mixing

Precise measurement is crucial to make toothpaste that is both perfectly safe and highly effective. All the ingredients are mixed together in the mixing vat. The temperature and humidity of vat are watched closely. This is important to ensure  that the mix comes together correctly. Different brands come in different proportions of ingredients. They each have their own unique formulations, which make them distinct from other brands. And we also help our clients to improve their formulations.

Automatically Filling the Tubes

As soon as the toothpaste substance is properly mixed, it can now be injected into the tubes. But of course, before this can be done, the tubes need to be manufactured first, then cleaned and tested. Our auto-filling machine is used to clean out the toothbrush and get rid of all particles, making sure that it is immaculate before the toothpaste is injected in.As soon as it is filled, the tube is sealed and prepared for packaging. This process we use the latest toothpaste filling machine in the industry to make sure everything is under cleanroom control, without any contamination.

Labeling and Packaging

A filled toothpaste tube will then go through the labeling process. Our stamping machine stamps the appropriate label onto the tube, along with other relevant information. Once this is done, the tube is ready to be placed in the final packaging.Contrary to what some people may think, the packaging is not just a box containing toothpaste. It actually contains a host of vital information about the product. The list of ingredients must be printed on the package. It is also a good idea to include directions for brushing, as well as some benefits of the particular toothpaste formulation that has been used.

Quality Control

Before our toothpaste is distributed to your destination, there is a final quality control test that has to be done in order to ensure the safety of the buying public. Our laboratory test is performed to check for both safety and effectiveness of the product. It is also worthwhile to secure all the necessary certifications so that your product can be sold at any market without problems.

By Pigmenting Agents

Some of the teeth whitening toothpaste contains pigmenting agent such as titanium dioxide, which can adhere on the tooth surface to provide a transient whitening effects. These products do not alter the intrinsic stains but to remove extrinsic stains so that the underlying natural tooth color becomes more apparent.

Hydrogen Peroxide Toothpaste

Most whitening toothpaste includes hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is a bleaching agent used in store-bought products and professional treatments. These products change the color of teeth rather than simply removing surface stains as other products do. The concentration of hydrogen peroxide in whitening toothpaste is less than the amount you would find in single-use products. However, hydrogen peroxide can provide noticeable results over a more extended period of use.

Sodium Phytate Toothpaste

Sodium phytate can act as an antioxidant, helping to prevent the oxidation of other ingredients in the toothpaste. Oxidation can lead to changes in color and taste, which sodium phytate helps to mitigate.
